About TrustTech Digital

Built by someone who understands how institutions operate under pressure.

Bevon Findley served as a U.S. Navy Engineering Supervisor and Educational Officer, where he learned: systems fail when you compromise on discipline, documentation, and security. Now he applies those principles to building infrastructure for institutions that can't afford to fail.

Discipline, Accountability, Reliability

Bevon Findley served in the U.S. Navy from 1995 to 2004 as an Engineering Supervisor and Educational Officer. Born in Grenada and serving America, he learned what it takes to lead teams in high-stakes environments where failure isn't an option.

In the Navy, Bevon:

  • Led engineering teams — Engineering Supervisor responsible for system reliability and team accountability
  • Created institutional knowledge — Educational Officer who wrote technical manuals that had to be precise, clear, and trustworthy
  • Built fiber-optics infrastructure — Hands-on experience installing systems that supported critical operations
  • Earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Technology — Formal training in technology systems and infrastructure

The Navy taught Bevon five things that define TrustTech:

Discipline

Every decision has consequences. Every line of code is a potential vulnerability.

Accountability

When you're responsible for a system, you own its failures. No excuses.

Reliability

Systems must work when it matters most. Being early beats being late.

Documentation

If it's not documented, it wasn't done. Institutional knowledge matters.

Teamwork

Great infrastructure isn't built by individuals. It's built by teams with clear SOPs and shared purpose.

For the People, Not Politics

In the military, politics don't matter. The mission matters. That's how Bevon approaches infrastructure:

  • Solutions serve your organization, not vendor interests
  • No vendor lock-in, no closed systems
  • You own your data. You own your infrastructure.

From Government to Healthcare to Finance — Institution-Grade Infrastructure

After transitioning from military service, Bevon spent years building digital infrastructure for institutions that operate under real constraints.

Government work

  • Designed and deployed systems for Grenada government agencies
  • Understands regulatory requirements, compliance mandates, and the pace of government operations
  • Built solutions that handle sensitive data with government-grade security protocols

Healthcare systems

  • Worked with major hospital systems (including NYU, Beth Israel, Columbia University Medical Center in New York)
  • Designed systems that handle HIPAA compliance, patient privacy, and life-critical data
  • Learned what "mission-critical" really means when systems touch patient care

Financial services

  • Built portfolio management and compliance platforms for wealth advisors
  • Understands what institutional traders and financial managers need: secure, reliable, auditable systems

Legal & professional services

  • Worked across legal practices, consulting firms, and professional services
  • Understands attorney-client privilege, document confidentiality, and compliance requirements

Why this matters:

Bevon isn't an outside vendor. He's worked inside these institutions. He understands:

  • What security actually looks like when lives or licenses are at stake
  • How compliance requirements shape infrastructure decisions
  • Why "moving fast" sometimes means moving carefully
  • How to design systems that teams actually use (not systems that look good in demos)

You Own Your Data. Always.

TrustTech's foundational principle: You own your data and your infrastructure. How you deploy depends on your specific requirements and capabilities.

This isn't about where the servers physically sit. It's about who controls them.

On-premises deployment

(when required)

  • Government agencies with data-residency mandates
  • Law firms with institutional security requirements
  • Healthcare systems with strict HIPAA compliance protocols
  • Financial institutions with regulatory restrictions

Appropriate for: organizations with IT infrastructure, security teams, and compliance requirements

Cloud infrastructure you control

(when appropriate)

  • High-level cloud hosting (e.g., DigitalOcean, AWS, GCP) on dedicated infrastructure
  • Daily backups and disaster recovery
  • 99.9% uptime SLAs
  • Your organization owns the data, controls the access

Appropriate for: organizations without in-house servers but needing institutional-grade infrastructure

Example: Pryor Financial Portal — completely custom, hosted on high-level cloud infrastructure you control, with daily backups and full data ownership

Flexibility as a core principle

We don't mandate where your infrastructure lives. We mandate that:

You own your data — Not us, not a vendor, you
You control access — Security, compliance, audit trails
You can migrate anytime — No vendor lock-in, no proprietary systems
You decide what's required — Based on regulatory, security, or operational needs

Why this matters:

Every institution operates under different constraints. Government requires on-premises? We deploy on-premises. You need cloud scalability with full control? We architect on high-level infrastructure where you own everything. You have in-house servers? We work with your IT team.

The principle is constant: Your data is yours. Your infrastructure is yours. You make the decision.

We deploy with the same discipline, documentation, and security practices the military taught us — regardless of where the servers are located.

Legal Firms | Healthcare Providers | Wellness Practitioners | Financial Advisors

TrustTech serves institutions with one thing in common: they can't afford to fail.

Legal firms

Infrastructure that respects attorney-client privilege and handles confidential case files with military-grade security.

Healthcare providers

Systems that maintain HIPAA compliance and keep patient data on your own servers, not someone else's cloud.

Wellness practitioners

Secure platforms for session notes, client records, and therapy documentation without relying on generic SaaS tools.

Financial advisors

Portfolio management systems and compliance reporting that you own, not systems that track your clients' data in external clouds.

Each of these institutions operates under real constraints: regulatory requirements, client confidentiality, institutional liability. TrustTech infrastructure is built specifically for these constraints.

No Generic Solutions. No Off-The-Shelf Templates.

Every organization is unique. Your infrastructure should be too.

Custom Solutions

We don't sell packages. We understand your specific needs, compliance requirements, and operational constraints. Then we build infrastructure designed for your institution.

Implementation

Not a software vendor dropping a tool in your lap. We deploy and integrate with your existing systems.

Support

You own the infrastructure. We maintain it, update it, and ensure it works when it matters.

TrustTech Digital

Bevon has spent the last 20+ years building digital infrastructure for institutions across government, healthcare, finance, and legal services. He believes infrastructure should be:

  • Owned by the institution, not rented from a vendor
  • Secure enough to handle confidential information
  • Reliable enough to support your mission
  • Documented well enough for your team to maintain it

Born in Grenada and serving clients across the US and Caribbean, Bevon understands the operational, governance, and compliance challenges facing institutions in both regions.
